tuneband^™ for iPod^® and iPhone^™

Compatible with Nike+ iPod Sport Kit

1	[Optional] Cut out your preference for the screen protector for your iPod and apply. You can protect just the screen, the scroll wheel (if applicable), or the entire top surface. Tip: Clean screen first with soft cloth or tissue, then use a credit card to smoothly apply the cutout(s).
2	Thread the tuneband^™ through the slits on the back of the silicone skin. If you only want to use the skin, you can skip this step. Tip: Place the side with Velcro^® face up towards the skin.
3	Insert the iPod nano into the silicone skin. The fit is designed to be snug, so you will need to apply firm and steady pressure.
4	Slide the silicone skin all the way to the buckle of the tuneband^™.
5	Place the tuneband^™ on your arm. Tip #1: Attach the Velcro^® to the loosest setting, slide the tuneband^™ up your arm to the desired location, and then tighten the strap. Tip #2: Do not apply too tight, just enough that the tuneband^™ is stable and comfortable.
6	Hand wash the tuneband^™ only. Remove iPod before washing. Do NOT place in the dryer.
