Grantwood Technology Unveils Shoe Pouch™ For Nike®+ iPod® In Eight Colors

CLEVELAND, Ohio—July 30, 2007—Grantwood Technology, LLC today announced the release of the Shoe Pouch™ in eight colors: black, red, hot pink, neon green, teal blue, navy blue, purple, and gray. The Shoe Pouch™ is designed to allow runners and walkers to use the sensor from the Nike®+iPod® Sport Kit without having to purchase special Nike+® shoes.

The primary goal of the Shoe Pouch™ has always been to provide a secure attachment to the shoe, since this is critical in maintaining the accuracy of the sensor. With this in mind, the current design features reinforced loops, high-quality neoprene and stitching, and a Velcro® strip covering the slit where the sensor is inserted.
